    Jim Gilmore, co-author (with Joseph Pine) of the book Authenticity: What Consumers Really Want.

    He founded Strategic Horizons in 1996 with partner Joe Pine as a thinking studio dedicated to helping companies conceive and design new ways of adding value to their economic offerings. He is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an alumnus of Procter & Gamble.
